CAA/DF lança novo programa de saúde preventiva para advogados e advogadas do DF
A Caixa de Assistência dos Advogados do Distrito Federal (CAA/DF) lançou, nesta semana, o Programa Vida Ativa, uma iniciativa voltada à promoção da saúde física e mental da advocacia. O projeto oferece uma série de serviços gratuitos e com preços subsidiados para profissionais regularmente inscritos na OAB/DF.
Entre as ações oferecidas estão atendimentos psicológicos individuais, aulas de yoga, pilates, grupos de caminhada, palestras sobre saúde mental e qualidade de vida, além de parcerias com academias e nutricionistas credenciados.
Segundo a presidente da CAA/DF, Dra. Mariana Rocha, o objetivo do programa é cuidar de quem cuida: “A advocacia enfrenta rotinas intensas e desafiadoras. O Vida Ativa vem como uma resposta concreta às demandas crescentes por bem-estar e saúde integral entre os profissionais da área”.
O lançamento do programa ocorreu na sede da CAA/DF e contou com a presença de representantes da OAB/DF, autoridades da área da saúde e diversos advogados e advogadas que já aderiram à proposta. Durante o evento, foram realizadas dinâmicas de relaxamento e uma roda de conversa com psicólogos especializados em saúde ocupacional.
Para participar, basta estar em dia com a anuidade da OAB/DF e realizar um cadastro no site oficial da CAA/DF. As vagas para os atendimentos são limitadas e as atividades começarão a partir do dia 15 de abril.
A CAA/DF reafirma seu compromisso com a valorização e o cuidado com a advocacia do Distrito Federal, promovendo bem-estar, acolhimento e qualidade de vida para toda a classe.
